You need to be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight. Calculate your pickup time based on your flight departure and the driving time shown in our booking system. If you're unsure, ask your driver on arrival or email us at info@transferplan-crete.com.
Yes, child and baby seats are available on request — completely free of charge. Just let us know when booking.

If you do not appear at the agreed pickup time and location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and cancellation charges may apply.
Each passenger has a luggage entitlement of 1x bag or suitcase per person, maximum combined size of 150cm (65–70 length + 45–50 width + 25–30 depth/height) and hand luggage, such as handbags & small bags.

We operate daily from 06:00 to midnight. If your flight is delayed beyond our operating hours, don't worry — we will still be there for you no matter what. No passenger is ever left stranded.
Yes. We provide transfers to and from Crete's Ports. Your driver will be waiting at the designated pickup point at the port. As with airport transfers, you will receive full instructions in advance so you know exactly where to go.
